2009: U2's YEAR?

U2's next album was supposed to come out for the Christmas season, but, apparently, that won't be happening. Bono tells U2.com that they're not done with the album, so why stop working on it? (it was a mistake they made on Pop: they had a tour booked, so they had to finish the album to get it out on time - that said, I love that album).

He likens the difference between the last two albums - All That You Can't Leave Behind and How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb - and the new one to the difference between The Joshua Tree and Achtung Baby

Needless to say, I can't wait to hear this album, but for now, I'm enjoying the reissues of Boy, October and War. And I look forward to the reissue of Under A Blood Red Sky, which is coming out in a few weeks.
